Ironing out creases in cross stitching?

I have 5 completed cross stitches that I just washed and ironed. Three of them came out great. One has a slight crease from where it was folded. The last has a very defined crease that will not come out. I ironed it while it was damp under a towel. Is there a way to get the creases out of the last 2? I did the same thing to all 5, so I do not understand why 2 are being stubborn!
Thanks!

I just recently read about this technique, but haven’t tried it out yet:

Take a cardboard paper towel tube and cover it with foil. Wet your project again and wrap it around the tube. Wrap all of this in a clean white towel and put in the freezer for a few hours. Remove from freezer and allow to thaw for a short time. Iron again, face down in a white towel. If necessary, use the steam option on your iron.

I hope this will work — I have a few projects that I need to do this to.
