Cross Stitch Skull Pattern

Can anyone point me in the general direction for instructions for crochet intarsia?
I am trying to crochet a skull and cross bones from a cross stitch graph and I am not sure how to change the colours . If possible…. how to do it so the pattern looks the same , or at least recognisable , on both sides ?
Sure! Here’s tunisian intarsia:

WAITAMINIUTE! I don’t think you’re looking for this tunisian intarsia… If you want to change colors, this is what you’ll do:
*Having the new color ready (with a 5-6 inch tail), make your stitch until you only have two loops left on your hook. Drop the old color and grab the new one and finish the stitch with t he new color.
*Make your new stitch with the new color over the old color at least one stitch to make it stay put.
*Try carrying the old color to the next spot where you’ll need it, by crocheting over it.
On the other hand, you can just roll a few balls of each color so that you don’t have to carry it and when you finish, just weave in. When you weave in, make sure it’s within its own color so that it doesn’t show.

Do you have a graph so we can peek?
Hope this helps!
