I’m going to Japan and staying with a host family?
I’d like to bring them a multitude of small gifts. Two boys from Japan stayed at my house a month ago and loaded us with candy, trinkets, and even cross stitching’s that they had made themselves. I’d like to return the kindness by giving my host family gifts. I want to bring them something American, especially something associated with Maine, though I can’t really think of anything. I decided to buy some things from my school store, but I want to bring something else. Like I said, a multitude of small gifts something they may not normally see/have in Japan. Anyone have any ideas?
Small things the boys can hang from their school bags and pencil cases are best.
And stars and stripes stationary.
Baseball is popular so a baseball hat would be OK.
A lava lamp… I’ve never seen one of them in Japan. Japan is 100V and the US is 120V so it should be OK. They’re over 100 dollars in Japan.
